Ingredients
- 1½ cupsSweet Bean Granulated Sweetener
- ¾ cupflour
- ½ cupcocoa powder (sifted)
- ½ cuppowdered sweetener blend
- ½ cupsugar-free chocolate chips (Lily's or Hershey's work well)
- ¾ tspsea salt
- 2large eggs
- ½ cupcanola oil
- 2 Tbswater
- ½ tspvanilla
- non-stick cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8 baking dish (not 9×9 — they will overcook) with parchment paper. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine sweetener, flour, cocoa, powdered sweetener, chocolate chips, and salt. Stir until uniform.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, water, and vanilla.

Slowly add dry mix to wet mix, sprinkling evenly as you stir for even incorporation.

Pour into the prepared pan. Bake 40–48 minutes until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs. Pull early rather than late.
