Ingredients
- 1 cupmayonnaise
- 2chipotle peppers in adobo (canned)
- 2 clovesgarlic (finely minced)
- 1½ tspfresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- ⅓ cupsour cream (stirred in at end)
- ¼ cupBBQ sauce (optional — great with brisket)
Instructions

Put mayo, chipotle peppers, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in an electric chopper or small food processor. Mix until peppers are fully chopped with no large pieces remaining.

Transfer to a bowl and stir in sour cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Optional: stir in ¼ cup BBQ sauce for a sweeter variation — excellent with smoked brisket.
