Ingredients

  • 12eggs (brought to room temperature first)
  • water (for steaming)
  • ice (for ice bath)

Instructions

    Remove eggs from the refrigerator and let warm to room temperature on the counter.

    Place a steaming insert in a saucepan. Add water just below the insert. Bring to a boil.

    Place eggs on the steamer, cover, and cook 11 minutes.

    Remove from heat and let sit covered for 3–4 more minutes.

    Pour out hot water carefully, then fill with ice water to cool completely. Peel and enjoy!
